Shipping Policy – Vape & You

At Vape & You, we work hard to ensure your order is packed safely and delivered to you as quickly as possible. Please review the shipping guidelines below before placing your order.

1. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed before 2pm are usually dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be shipped the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Standard NZ shipping rates apply and are calculated at checkout.
  • Rural delivery may incur an additional fee.
  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times once your order has been dispatched:

  • Urban NZ: 1–3 business days
  • Rural NZ: 2–5 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.

4. Tracking Information

All orders include tracking.
A tracking link will be emailed to you once your parcel has been shipped.

5. Age Verification on Delivery (R18 Products)

As required by NZ law:

  • All vape products are R18.
  • Couriers may request ID upon delivery.
  • Authority to Leave (ATL) is not permitted for vape products.
    If no one aged 18+ is available to receive the parcel, it may be returned to the depot for collection.

6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We cannot guarantee redirection once the parcel is in transit.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply if the parcel is returned to us and needs to be resent.

If your parcel is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us and we will assist with a courier investigation.

7. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
  • Do not dispose of the packaging or product.
  • We may request the parcel to be returned for assessment.
